Ordering & Payment

Browse our collections, select a product, and click "Add to Cart." At checkout, you can apply financing or pay in full. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and shipping updates as your order progresses.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and financing through our partner. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment pipeline. Contact us as soon as possible at support@solisrestore.com or call (513) 750-8804.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–14 business days depending on product and location. Large equipment (saunas, massage chairs) may require additional scheduling for white-glove installation.

White-glove service includes scheduled delivery with advance notice, professional unpacking and assembly, placement in your chosen room, full system testing and walkthrough, and packaging removal. Free on orders over $2,000.

Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States. Due to the size and specialized delivery requirements of our products, international shipping is not yet available. Contact us if you have questions about your area.

Returns & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Some products may be subject to restocking fees. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll coordinate pickup logistics and walk you through the process. Email support@solisrestore.com or call (513) 750-8804.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Financing customers will see adjustments applied to their plan.

Warranties & Financing

Yes. SolisRestore is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. This means full manufacturer warranties, genuine products, and direct access to factory support. We never sell gray market or refurbished equipment.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We handle all communication with the manufacturer on your behalf — no calling around. Most claims are resolved within 5 business days.

Yes. We offer 0% APR financing on qualifying orders. Applications are reviewed instantly at checkout and won't impact your credit score until you complete your purchase. A $5,000 item is under $140/month. See Financing Options for details.
