Smaller systems ship by parcel carrier to your door. Larger systems such as saunas and cold plunges ship by freight, usually curbside, unless the brand offers an upgraded delivery service. Free standard shipping is included on every lower-48 order. Optional upgraded delivery services, when available, may cost extra.
Shipping arranged
Orders are typically handled in 1 to 2 business days and spend 5 to 8 business days in transit, for 6 to 10 business days total. Tracking is emailed when your order ships, and freight carriers contact you to schedule delivery.
Access checked
Large items may require driveway access, doorway clearance, or a freight appointment.
Setup reviewed
Confirm power, water, drainage, floor protection, and placement before delivery day.
Large equipment
Freight is normal for serious recovery systems.
Saunas, cold plunges, and massage chairs ship by freight, usually curbside. General delivery time is 6 to 10 business days. If a product needs extra time, the product-page note overrides the general timing. Inspect freight shipments on arrival and report any damage within 7 days so we can make it right at no cost to you.
Before ordering, measure the final room, doorway path, stair turns, outdoor route, and the location where the carrier can safely deliver.
