Exceptions
Items must be unused, with all original packaging and accessories. A cold plunge that has been filled, and certified pre-owned chairs, can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Freight returns are scheduled by email once we approve the request, so please ship only to the destination we give you.
