Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in every SolisRestore purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging and accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@solisrestore.com. Our team will coordinate the return with the brand partner on your behalf. Return shipping instructions and addresses vary by product and manufacturer, so please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or made-to-order products, items that have been assembled or installed, and products with signs of use. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@solisrestore.com.
