Freight to the contiguous United States is a flat $999, added at checkout. The room ships flat-packed on a flatbed truck and is delivered to the curb. You are responsible for unloading the pieces and moving them to the installation location, so plan for several helpers. Assembly, final placement, and electrical installation are not included.

Eligible unused items in original packaging: 30-day returns, with a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. Those charges do not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items. Custom or made-to-order items are excluded.

Ventura combines a black-stained exterior, ash interior, curved waterfall benches, and a 10.5 kW Harvia Virta heater in one four-to-six-person room.

The interior is the headline.
Ventura trades the usual straight bench geometry for curved waterfall-style seating, framed by veneered ash and a silk-printed glass wall. The dark spruce exterior keeps the room architectural, while the included Virta heater, stones, lighting, and connected control complete the system.
