General delivery time is 6 to 10 business days, including 1 to 2 business days for handling and 5 to 8 business days for transit. What is covered by warranty?

Can I return it?

A 25% restocking fee applies to those returns; it is never charged when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customer pays return freight unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. A cold plunge that has been filled is not a standard unused return. Certified pre-owned chairs are not eligible for a standard 30-day return; CPO returns are limited to damage, defect, or incorrect item on arrival. Custom or made-to-order products are not returnable.
