What is covered by warranty?
Equipment ships with the manufacturer's warranty already in place. If something goes wrong, we help coordinate the claim with the brand's support team so you do not have to chase it alone.
Can I return it?
Start a return at support@solisrestore.com or (307) 218-7172. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to those returns; it is never charged when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customer pays return freight unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. A cold plunge that has been filled is not a standard unused return. Certified pre-owned chairs are not eligible for a standard 30-day return; CPO returns are limited to damage, defect, or incorrect item on arrival. Custom or made-to-order products are not returnable.
