If something goes wrong, we help coordinate the claim with the brand's support team so you do not have to chase it alone.
Can I return it?
Start a return at support@solisrestore.com. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to those returns; it is never charged when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customer pays return freight unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. A cold plunge that has been filled is not a standard unused return. Certified pre-owned chairs are not eligible for a standard 30-day return; CPO returns are limited to damage, defect, or incorrect item on arrival. Custom or made-to-order products are not returnable.
