A 25% restocking fee applies to those returns; it is never charged when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certified pre-owned chairs are not eligible for a standard 30-day return; CPO returns are limited to damage, defect, or incorrect item on arrival. Custom or made-to-order products are not returnable.
